Turkey Intensifies Its War Against Kurdish Rebels


Turkish Military: More Than 160 Kurdish Rebels Killed In Recent Airstrikes -- RTT News

Turkey's military claimed Monday that its recent cross-border airstrikes on Kurdish militant targets in northern Iraq have killed up to 160 rebels and injured more than a 100 others.

"Turkish air forces jets efficiently hit the targets of the separatist terror organization in Zap and Gara regions between August 25-28 in 21 sorties," the Turkish military said in a statement posted on its website.
