Saif al Islam Gaddafi's Fate 'To Be Decided By Libya' -- The Telegraph

The International Criminal Court is to allow the Libyan government seal the judicial fate of Col Gaddafi's captured son Saif al Islam, Libya's Justice Minister said on Tuesday.

"He accepted and agreed that he will be tried in Libya, under Libyan law," said the Justice Minister, Mohammed Alagi, after speaking with ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno Ocampo as he arrived in Tripoli on Tuesday. "He said that it is for the Libyan government to decide."
