My Comment: I expect nothing from this visit. China is preparing for a major leadership change .... with visiting Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping actually being the man who is being groomed for the top job .... and any major policy decisions will still be delayed until after his "appointment".
But don't get me wrong .... it is still a good thing that he is coming here .... he is one of the most influential men in the world .... and kudos to Vice President Biden for inviting him over.
