Why Karzai Is Fed Up With The U.S. Mission In Afghanistan -- Washington Post
For a decade, American troops have fought and died defending Afghan President Hamid Karzai’s government. On Thursday, with the U.S. defense secretary looking on from Kabul, Karzai demanded that those troops stop fighting for him.
“Afghanistan is ready right now,” Karzai said in a statement, “to take all security responsibilities completely.”

My Comment: The article is focused on the wrong person(s). The real focus should be on the American people and their loss of patience with people like Karzai and the country that he rules. While Afghan President Karzai may feel confident that his military can now confront the Taliban .... I say lets put it test, and speed up our withdrawal from that god forsaken country.
