ANKARA, (Ekurd.net), — “Plans for possible military invasion of Northern Iraq were long prepared, reviewed and could be executed in any second, should need arise. if in case the overall regional security situation exacerbates, or if Kurdish Autonomous Government (KRG) refutes to cooperate with us in wiping out PKK terrorist bases holed up in that country, or if North of Iraq declares unilateral independence, we will not remain indifferent”, reveals Turkish former Chief of Staff General Yasar Buyukanit, in a classified leaked document posted on Turkey’s Ministry of National Defense website which was immediately removed later.

My Comment: I doubt that Turkey will invade Kurdish Iraq in the foreseeable future. The focus for Turkey right now is on the civil war in Syria, and the humanitarian crisis that is occurring right now on it's border.
