My Comment: There is a lack of Israeli unity on articulating a common position on what has been the impact of sanctions on Iran, with Israel's military chief himself voicing his doubts that Iran will proceed in the assembling and testing of a nuclear device. Iran has stepped into this debate by voicing their own concerns .... threatening future nuclear talks if additional sanctions are implemented. What's my take .... Iran has along history of doing what they feel is in their best interests, and bending to Western powers .... especially to Israel ..... has never been an option for them. They will continue with their nuclear program even if it means starvation and suffering for their people.
