My Comment:
If this story is true, someone is leaking some serious info and intel to the Washington Post. The Obama administration has been very secretive in their drone campaign against Al Qaeda militants and their affiliates .... and this news is something that I am sure they do not want to be made public (right now).

As to the CIA's request to expand their Yemen drone program, this tells me that they are becoming concerned about the reach and growth of Al Qaeda in Yemen, and are now getting ready to (I presume) work with the Yemen government in putting a dent into their operations.
