My Comment: If Russian Foreign minister Lavrov is making it clear that he wants Viktor Bout back in Russia .... this tells me that both Russian president Medvedev and soon to be Russian Presidnet Putin also will want him back. My prediction .... by the end of this year Viktor Bout will be back in Russia .... and he will be enjoying his wealth which the U.S. believes is approximately $6 billion.
