Iran Nuclear Talks Resume in Moscow -- New York Times
MOSCOW — Talks on Iran’s nuclear ambitions resumed in Moscow on Monday, with a significant gap looming between the two sides’ positions as painful new sanctions are set to come into effect to further isolate Tehran from world oil and banking markets.

My Comment: The reason why these talks will fail .... if my reading of the Iranian press is accurate .... is that Iran is expecting the 6 powers to offer concessions and inducements for iran to continue it's program .... not for Iran to agree to inspections and limits to it's enrichment program.
Talk about two completely different positions.
My prediction .... the only thing that will be agreed upon in these talks will be an agreement to meet sometime in the future for setting up another future meeting.
