UFO Seen Over Israel Apparently Russian ICBM Test -- Jerusalem Post

Hundreds of Israelis across country flood police lines with reports of a light in the sky, traveling in a spiral with a large trail behind it.

Russia announced on Thursday night that it had carried out a successful test of an inter-continental ballistic missile, seemingly explaining a mysterious moving light seen in the skies over Israel, Lebanon, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Jordan.
