Following another 140 deaths across the country, the Foreign Secretary pointedly refused to rule out foreign military intervention.

My Comment: News stories of rebel successes are starting to circulate .... as well as reports of fighting in the center of Damascus.
Update: It looks like the Syrian opposition movement are getting their 'act' together.
