My Comment: I do not see Syria's civil war spilling into neighboring states .... but I am starting to see the Arab Spring unrest restart in Jordan, some Gulf sheikdoms, and Saudi Arabia itself.

An Arab Spring is politically driven... I fail to see how it can be placed in the same boat as a protest started by a twitter campaign about chicken prices.
You might turn around and say "Well, it starts small", but if you were to use that logic then any protest that starts from now could be labeled an Arab Spring.
Thank you D Plowman for your comment. Unrest does not start over chicken prices .... but when basic food prices go up drastically in non-first world nations .... the impact has always been far more severe and the political fallout more pronounced. In Saudi Arabia .... the primary focus is on the price of wheat .... which is heavily subsidized. But the Shia dominated regions of Saudi Arabia (like Bahrain) are demanding a greater political say ... and it is there where the Arab Spring will start in Saudi Arabia.
