My Comment:
I concur .... it is only a matter of time before the U.S. decriminalizes certain drug behavior. But I also know that the U.S. is not prepared for the social and health consequences of liberalizing their drug policies .... a medical crisis that has the potential to even dwarf today's legal and law enforcement battle against drugs.
