My Comment: This is a followup on a previous article that the Business Insider posted a few months ago. More to the point .... the Chinese have been predicting for the past year that as far as they are concerned .... there is a real chance of a naval conflict with the U.S., and they are preparing themselves for it. Is the U.S. and our allies doing the same thing .... I sometimes wonder.
