U.S. Air Force Personnel Are Being Forced To Work In The Dark

House Member: Sequester Forcing Major Air Force Base To Work In The Dark -- The Hill

Rep. Michael Turner (R-Ohio) on Thursday blamed the Obama administration for failing to come up with an answer to the sequester, which he said is forcing people at a major Air Force base to work in buildings with no lights on.

On the House floor, Turner showed a picture of people working in darkened hallways of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Ohio.

"The lights were out because the Senate and the President have failed to take up the issue of sequestration," Turner said on the floor. "Sequestration is having a devastating effect on the readiness and the morale of our service members and civilian workforce.

My Comment: This makes me wonder on what will happen when they start to REALLY cut the defense budget. You better bring in your own toilet paper.
