Some members of Congress are grumbling that the Obama administration left them in the dark about the existence of far-reaching spy programs.
But House Minority Whip Steny Hoyer (D-Md.) on Tuesday defended the process.

My Comment: Where is the Congressional oversight? This is outrageous .... and grumbling is the best that these elected officials can do!!!! If I was in their shoes .... I will be screaming bloody murder.
