Even a flat denial by President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday is unlikely to end whispers that Snowden may have been interviewed by intelligence officers anxious to get their hands on whatever information he has not yet leaked.

My Comment: It would not surprise me at all if Edward Snowden has already been "talked to" .... but providing information that would be useful to the Russians .... I doubt it. But what is really irking U.S. intelligence officials is that they really do not know how much secret material Edward Snowden took. This not knowing means that they must make assumptions .... and in this case .... all assumptions are really bad.
