Deadly Violence In Cairo's Tahrir Square -- Al Jazeera

At least three dead and many injured as violence breaks out in Tahrir Square during pro-Morsi march towards US Embassy.

Supporters and opponents of ousted Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi have clashed in central Cairo hurling stones at each other as security forces fired tear gas to try to disperse them, witnesses said.

Al Jazeera sources say three people have been killed in the violence, which erupted when the two groups came into contact on Monday evening.

Sources say at least a further 27 people have been injured in the clashes, three critically, in the worst violence in the Egyptian capital since July 16, when seven died in confrontations.

Injured people have been removed from the fighting and seven Morsi supporters have been detained, according to state media.

Is this sensationalist journalism at play here?

The headline reads, "Muslim Brotherhood Leader Call On Egyptians To Lay Siege To The U.S Embassy In Cairo "

Yet there is absolutely no mention of this in the actual article?

And by Muslim Brotherhood Leader, it must refer to Morsi, who is currently imprisoned.. Can't picture him coming out with such a statement.

Essam El-Erian is one of the Muslim Brotherhood leaders. Morsi position is/was president of Egypt. The Bloomberg has the details.

If that is the case,

Then perhaps the US administration will take note on how quickly your 'friends' will turn on you..
