Moscow To Hold Nuclear Talks With Pyongyang -- RIA Novosti
MOSCOW, June 29 (RIA Novosti) – Russian senior officials will meet North Korea’s chief nuclear negotiator in Moscow on Thursday "as part of efforts to resume the six-party talks" with Pyongyang over ending its atomic program.
Kim Kye Gwan, North Korea's First Deputy Foreign Minister, will visit Moscow next week to hold consultations with Deputy Foreign Ministers Vladimir Titov and Igor Morgulov on the entire set of issues surrounding the North Korean nuclear program, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement issued on Friday evening.

My Comment: The only way that these talks can move forward is if North Korea put a stop to it's nuclear weapons program .... and then follows it with an invitation to nuclear inspectors. Unfortunately .... North Korea has shown no interest to stop its program nor letting in nuclear inspectors.
