Kerry Says Obama 'Didn't Order All NSA Snooping' -- Business Standard

The US is being aggressively questioned for the alleged mass surveillance programmes conducted on citizens and world leaders

The US Secretary of State John Kerry has reportedly said that President Barack Obama did not order all NSA spying on other countries.

During his tour of the UAE, Kerry revealed that his counterparts in other nations know that Obama didn't personally order all the various types of snooping adding that the administration is trying to find a way that respects privacy.
