My Comment: Security is the main concern .... but there is (cough cough) no snow. But my relatives who are familiar with that part of Russia keep on telling me .... one day it may be nice and balmy .... the next day expect cold and freezing with a snowstorm dump of 20cm of snow (if not more). And as the above video reveals .... they will make the snow if the need arises.
