The National Security Agency on Saturday released a statement in answer to questions from a senator about whether it “has spied, or is … currently spying, on members of Congress or other American elected officials”, in which it did not deny collecting communications from legislators of the US Congress to whom it says it is accountable.
In a letter dated 3 January, Senator Bernie Sanders of Vermont defined “spying” as “gathering metadata on calls made from official or personal phones, content from websites visited or emails sent, or collecting any other data from a third party not made available to the general public in the regular course of business”.

Are Senators like Bernie Sanders and Rand Paul complete idiots or retards with a partially formed brains? Our beloved senators sound like an old porn actress squealing like she's getting pumped for the very first time. Quite Vulgar, actually.
Of course the Congress is UNDER SURVEILLANCE.
When raw data is hacked out of fiber optic backbone of the internet and then handed over to Israel, Belgium, Romania and Bulgaria, there is no way to separate the 'Chosen Ones' in the Congress from the rest of the hapless Americans whose 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th Amendments of the Rights and Constitution are raped, violated, stripped, massacred and fisted.
UNDER SURVEILLANCE only the 14th Amendment applies - Equal Protection Under the lawlessness. hehehe!
I would have preferred NSA to take a page out of Spy vs Spy - the Mad Comics - and issued a more appropriate 'Stupid Answers to Stupid Questions.' Alas, they have neither humor nor the eloquence.
Yet, it is most amusing when NSA does say, "NSA’s authorities to collect signal{s} (sic) intelligence data include lubricated procedures that protect the private parts of US persons. Members of Congress have the same bare-back protections as all US persons. NSA is fully committed to Crisco and Lube while fisting with Congress."
On top of all that we also know what fluid exchanges happen between the congressional members, lobbyists and campaign funding constituents, some of whom are governed by both NDAA as well as FISA. Even if congress is not a suspect, their jewish and sunni money is. Their drugs and arms money is. Their financial transaction is.
Since all raw data collected by NSA is paralleled and forked to Israel, all NSA Data is governed by FISA.
