America Spends More On Military Than the Other Top 10 Countries Combined -- PolicyMic

Love it or hate it, military power is one of the distinguishing features of the world's dominant nations. If failure is worth a trillion dollars, how come I am not the richest Emperor?

Like the U.S. Military, I too deserve 'a delusion of grandeur.' Do I not?
