No Kidding, Sherlock!
Just look at how effective Al-Qaeda and all the ragtag 'mercenaries' from Chechnya to East Libya, Mali to Madagascar, Indonesia to Eastern China have proven to be on the matter of 'Effective Mercenaries.'

War Criminals like Erik Prince should be publicly executed, like Assad's dad. And the military/secret-service which places so much emphasis on 'Honor' is absolutely dishonorable in allowing these WAR CRIME MERCENARIES to run free.

Eventually, all the investors of 'Mercenaries' will be bombed. Enjoy the 15 minutes of fame before being splashed blood-red on the canvas.
