Diplomats Disagree on Whether Talks Should Focus on Capping Iran's Ballistic Missile Capabilities

VIENNA—U.S. and Iranian diplomats are at loggerheads over whether international diplomacy aimed at curbing Iran's nuclear program should include a focus on capping Tehran's expanding ballistic missile capabilities.

The dispute is the latest in a growing number of issues that could derail the Obama administration's efforts to use diplomacy to end the military threat posed by Iran's nuclear program.

A new round of talks involving Iran and global powers—represented by the five permanent members of the United Nations Security Council plus Germany, or P5+1—started Tuesday in Austria's capital.

Just goes to show you that Iran is taking and all or nothing approach to nuke talks. They want sanctions relief without really giving up anything all the while they continually seek ways to skirt current sanctions. The true measure of Iran's intent is how they have always sought to evade sanctions and build their Nuke program in secrecy. These negotiations are not any different
