My Comment: A fascinating video explanation of the A-10 .... and it makes you wonder why the US Air Force is so gun-ho to eliminate this vital aircraft.

If the Airforce wants to dump the A-10 fine , give it to the Marines and rename it the Grunt , it can get down in the mud and fight with them.
