Ukraine: Photos Show Undercover Russian Troops -- CNN
Slaviansk, Ukraine (CNN) -- Do a series of photos of gun-toting men wearing green uniforms prove Russian forces are operating in eastern Ukraine?
Ukrainian officials point to the pictures in a dossier obtained Monday by CNN, arguing that the images show Russian "sabotage-reconnaissance groups" acting in Ukrainian towns.
The images, Ukrainian officials say, prove organized Russian activity in the region.
CNN cannot independently confirm the photographs, some of which were first published in The New York Times.

I have talked to family and friends in eastern Ukraine .... and they are all telling me the same thing .... the mass majority of the rebels are local people. There are some sympathizers from Russia .... but not in the numbers and scope that the Ukrainian government and the U.S. State Department is painting them with. The E.U. intelligence chief has also ruled out any Russian military presence in eastern Europe.
On the opposite end of the debate .... the top NATO General makes a strong case that these rebels are actually Russian soldiers .... well trained and implementing a strategy with clearly defined goals. I have also seen via through numerous videos a level of professionalism that past and present regular conscripts in the Ukraine Army do not have .... in short .... in some of these confrontations the Russian rebels display a level of professionalism that is truly impressive.
So who is right? That is an answer that I am still looking for.

It'l be hard to find this answer mate, cos everyone in this new ukranian game is a liar especially media.
