"interoperability, full spectrum"! There's a "Powerpoint Ranger" lurking here. More photo-ops for the consumption of the N. Koreans and Chinese. Notice the wake of the second from left, had to slow down to stay in line for the photo. Narrow angle shot and probably the same exercise we saw in pics from the beach. Very small exercise for photos only.
I always like walking in the rain, so no one can see me crying.
