My Comment: First things first .... click on the image to enlarge it. I must confess that when I first glanced at the picture I only noticed the robotic arm .... it was a second later (and a double take) that I saw the five-star blue ribbon on his chest ... and then I saw the medal that was around his neck. A second later .... I saw his name.
