Putin Accuses NATO General Secretary Anders Fogh Rasmussen Of Secretly Recording A Private Conversation When He Was Denmark's PM

Putin Reveals NATO Chief Secretly Recorded Their Talk, Leaked It To Media -- RT

Update: NATO denies Putin's allegation Rasmussen secretly taped conversation -- Reuters

My Comment: Putin has made accusations or statements in the past that were simply not true. I suspect that this is one of those cases. But there is no question about one thing .... Putin clearly does not like NATO General Secretary Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

Putin's using Alinsky rules. Use their own rule book against them. Discredit the other side. With the NSA revelations and Snowden living under his wing, it's easy for him to cast doubt on the other side.

I don't agree with the title stating that this was an accusation. The same way was recorded private conversation with Jacques Chirac (seen in the same movie, Fogh bag facaden). So, I guess, this was something frivolous and considered to be niggling by the young politician, back in 2002. The main idea of Russian president, as I get this, was that such incidents don't seem very friendly. Incident with Fogh frivolously recording private conversations long time ago is just an instance.
