Kiev: Ongoing Military Operation In Eastern Ukraine Enters ‘Inactive Phase’ -- RT
Kiev isn’t halting military operations against protesters in eastern Ukraine despite the Geneva agreements, but the operation is currently “inactive.” Kiev said its next move depends on the treaty’s “implementation.”
Ukraine’s coup-imposed acting Foreign Minister Andrey Deshchytsa on Friday confirmed that the so-called “anti-terrorist operation” is continuing in eastern Ukrainian, despite the calls for de-escalation of the crisis stated in the four-side April-17 agreement between Ukraine, Russia, the US and the EU.
“The operation continues and its intensity will now depend on practical implementation of the agreements, return of seized buildings and surrendering of arms,” Deshchytsa told journalists at a briefing.

My Comment: They are not going to say it publicly .... but this warning that they will resume military operations next week is actually an admission from the inerim Ukrainian government that they do not have the means to dislodge the separatists in eastern Ukraine. My prediction is that they are going to spend the next week or two organizing the military forces that they have .... and then plot strategy and tactics on what to do in eastern Ukraine.
