Update and correction to earlier "green fuel" report. As usual WNU was quite correct. New information now obtained indicates it was Air Force One on a demonstration flight of the new fuel that was involved in the in air incident. Further information confirms it was a black ZIL with a shirtless, slightly balding red headed man in his sixties at the wheel. Though unclear as to details some headlight flashing and horn honking was involved. The only thing certain was the ZIL had a bumper sticker which read "Yes I can". Further developments of this puzzling event are expected shortly.
