Ukrainian MPs Call For Immediate Troop Withdrawal From Country’s East -- RT
Ukrainian troops deployed in the country’s east should immediately return to their bases, the country’s parliament said in a memorandum. The freshly-adopted document also urges constitutional reforms based on the decentralization of Kiev’s power.
With 226 votes required to pass the law, the Ukrainian parliament finally adopted the so-called ‘Memorandum of Peace and Consent’, 252 MPs voting in favor. In particular, the document calls "to restore law, order and public safety in the state by stopping bloodshed and bringing to justice those responsible for the killings of civilians during mass protests; to stop the anti-terrorist operation in Ukraine’s southeast and return the soldiers involved in anti-terrorist operations to their places of permanent deployment.”
The document also urges for immediate constitutional reform that will grant more autonomy to regions.

So, as you said ..#EAS UKR were on path to move away from UKR#
Checking yesterday news, and reading Rinat Akhmetov statement i guess you only had contacts with the minority pro rus or russia people because in EAS UKR they are against the thugs from Russia and Chechen.
Your propaganda was wrong all the time. In EAS UKR its very clear who is causing caos ...at least some chechens are there...
Am not impresed by this, the troops havent pulled back, latest from RTTuesday, May 20

The National Guard shelled a self-defense check point on the Kharkov-Donetsk road near the Semenovka settlement in the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic, Itar-tass reported. Several taxi cabs have been damaged. A shop near the scene caught fire. No civilian casualties were reported. Russian TV channel Ren-TV crew headed by Pavel Obuhov witnessed the scene.
...... I think this is going down the toilet if this continue. Are there any signs that the Kiev government tries to pull out the troops.
The interim Ukrainian government is not going to listen to their parliament .... which is unfortunate. Everything is now dependent on this week's Ukrainian Presidential election .... and the expected talks that will occur after the a new President is sworn in. As to who do I expect to win .... my money is on Petro Poroshenko .... and My gut is telling me that he may win a decisive first round.
Do you think he will be a good president? What do you know about him? Hope Timyshenko don't win, she is a bit radical.
I will be posting my take on the Ukrainian elections later tonight.
excellent piece of information, thanks a lot for sharing,
