America's Top Military Official Gave The Best Possible Response To Critics Of The Bowe Bergdahl Swap -- Business Insider

My Comment: This response from Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin Dempsey is far better than the response that has come from US Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel .... Hagel says rush to judgment on Bergdahl 'unfair' -- AP
Unfortunately .... there is a part of me that is skeptical that the Pentagon will do the proper investigation and if need be .... lay charges against Bowe Bergdahl for desertion (or worse). The Pentagon, the White House, Democrats in Congress .... they now all want this mess to just disappear.

It is true that they did the right thing in securing his release irrespective of the circumstances of his capture (I don't agree with the price paid in this instance), all in the West should know that despite our faults we fight for life, freedom and the light - those that take up the battle need to know that those at home will do everything to bring you back alive should something go wrong...
It is also true that those who worship death cults and darkness would never do the same or pay that price that we have done...
This is what sets us apart
