Update: Dutch PM warns Putin on 'last chance' to help with plane disaster -- Reuters

My Comment: The perception in the West is that Putin controls the rebels and they will do anything that he tells them to do .... but the reality on the ground is completely different. I know the people in this region .... they are fiercely independent and they will not be subjugated or ruled by anyone from the outside .... Moscow included. As to why the delay for the investigators to have access to the crash site.... I believe that there are two reasons for this. One .... as I had mentioned in the previous post .... they want to loot the bodies .... and (2) I am hazarding a guess that they want something from Moscow .... probably arms and money .... before permitting these investigators in.
