Ukraine Spending $130m A Month Fighting Insurgency-- IBTimes
Ukraine's Finance Minister Oleksander Shlapak has said the country's "anti-terrorist" campaign in the east of the country was costing Kiev 1.5bn hryvnias ($130m, £76m, €96m) a month and that it could not afford to finance the operations without assistance.
"We need to seek additional resources for this operation," he told a meeting of parliamentary party leaders.
Security in eastern Ukraine has deteriorated in the wake of Russia's annexation of the Crimea peninsula in March, as pro-Russian separatists have mounted an insurgency against the pro-European government in Kiev.

My Comment: If you throw in the infrastructure that has been destroyed, residential and commercial buildings destroyed or damaged, the wounded that will need care fort he rest of their lives, lost productivity, the long term social costs .... this $130m/month is just the operational cost .... the long term costs will be in the tens of billions.

I don't know Rhaegar, but judging from the above photo duck hunting in the Ukraine is a little more serious than in Texas.
In this part of Ukraine it is geese James .... and sometimes deer. But the best place for hunting is the Laurentians of Quebec. Tank is optional.

(1) All wars will end, and the economy will rebound. But in this case .... that rebound is probably going to take a long time.
(2) Russia is Ukraine;s biggest trading partner .... trade restrictions are going to hurt Ukraine far more than on Russia.
(3) The EU is broke.
(4) Ukraine is poorer than Greece, and Venezuela is a different story. In a way .... Ukraine is a special case.
I forgot about the boar .... but these boars make the boars that you Americans hunt look like little harmless hamsters.
WNU: I will admit that a 120mm HEAT tank round does combine the skinning, gutting, and tenderizing into one easy step.
