Moderate Syrian Rebels Threaten to Quit -- Voice of America

After months of fighting the Syrian regime and jihadist insurgents, some moderate and Islamist rebel brigades in northern Syria say they have had enough and are threatening to quit.

I was for arming the FSA in 2011/2012.

At the time Obama was hemming and hawing and only committed nonviolent aid. the FSA had equipment taken from them by ISIS.

So I think what is the point. Plus some of the moderates did not seem all that moderate. The FSA did not have the morale nor cohesiveness to really stand and fight the ISIS or anybody. The leadership seemed more adept at Washington behind the lines than in leading a military.

By the time Obama wanted to get on board, the FSA was more irrelevant and weaker.

Obama was leading from behind and the FSA looked weak IMO.
