Violence in Region Has Escalated in Past Week
MOSCOW—Russian President Vladimir Putin met his Armenian and Azerbaijani counterparts on Sunday, calling for a negotiated and peaceful resolution to the armed conflict in the South Caucasus region of Nagorno-Karabakh.

This is a very strange photo in it's composition. Putin is so small as to be insignificant. No brief cases, no glasses of water, only a few sheets of paper for each guy. All vewry odd.
