My Comment: A number of countries were suppose to attend .... including the U.S. .... but sanctions over Ukraine has meant that many countries have decided to stay home. Too bad .... it would have been fun to see America's M1 go up against German, Chinese, or Russian tanks.

Small thing, but the video report of this Telegraph article is a bit missleading. It's actually show footages of the Israeli Defence Forces vehicles in Gaza, which not realy has much to do with the Tank Biathlon.

To your comment, well who know when and where we will see going these America's M1 go up against Russian tanks, if you know what I mean. But I don't expect to see US tanks in this Biathlon any soon.

But I have a question too. Does someone know why and how the Chinees tank broke down in the first day event? I found a video where the crew probably explaining the situation, but I not yet speak Russian, so I have no idea what they talking about.
