Talks Optimism Fades As Ukraine Says Russia Makes New Incursion -- Reuters
(Reuters) - Ukraine accused Russian forces of launching a new military incursion across its border on Wednesday, a day after the leaders of both countries agreed to work towards ending a separatist war in the east of the country.
The accusation, which could not be immediately verified, quickly dented any sense of cautious optimism from Tuesday's late-night talks between presidents Vladimir Putin and Petro Poroshenko on resolving the five-month conflict.
Ukrainian military spokesman Andriy Lysenko said a group of Russian soldiers had crossed the border in armored infantry carriers and a truck and entered the eastern town of Amvrosiyivka, not far from where Ukraine detained 10 Russian soldiers on Monday.

Now the Russian forces have taken over Novoazovsk and are attacking east of Mariupol, there are also some reports of separatists or Russian forces setting up improvised military bases, in separatist controlled areas.
1.
Is there a form of Russian invasion now?
2.
How will these events affect the civil war?
3.
Can the pro-Russians win now or are they still domed?
4.
Will Poroshenko follow the peace agreement and declare a ceasefire?
1) These have to be Russian forces .... or Russian forces mixed with separatists forces .... so this is a form of invasion.
2) If these are Russian forces, it changes the civil war completely.
3)If these are Russian forces .... Ukraine is not going to be able to rout the separatists.
4) Poroshenko is now under tremendous pressure to declare a ceasefire and to look for a negotiated agreement. Whether or not he will do this is another story.
