From the Daily Mail article about falling ISIS oil production, which WNU linked, I have great faith that ISIS will crumble in the near future several months to a few years).

I have read from that North Korea now can mount nuclear warheads on balistic missiles, here: http://www.foxnews.com/opinion/2014/09/10/russia-china-axis-and-its-threat-to-west/ I also read this another place but can't remebmer the name, is this important or is is small news, that North Korea can mount nuclaer warheads on ICBM?

I don't know Rhaegar.

One thing it depends on is quality control. I think you get more reliability of products and services where there is less corruption and less force used to govern. More than a few North Korean missiles have fallen apart after launch and missed their mark.

You can threaten people with death for embarrassment but that only goes so far and can only be so effective. If you have to spend that much time as a despot micromanaging a nuclear tipped missiles, then yes you can get one on target I think, but you leave a lot of other thing undone in your society making you weaker.

So did you hear anymore about the Chinese troop movements? Maybe the Chinese leadership is getting nervous about their pet proxy. Maybe this is related.

The other thing is how does Japan take this threat and how much time do they have. They could set up some good ABM defenses and/or park a ship in international waters and catch any missile in boost phase.

It has been silent, I think it was just war games, but keep an eye out for news about troops near North Korea or other anomalies in eigther China-Russian-North Korean border.
