Saudi Arabia Agrees To Host Training Of Moderate Syria Rebels -- Reuters
(Reuters) - Saudi Arabia has agreed to host training camps for moderate Syrian rebels as part of President Barack Obama's broad strategy to combat Islamic State militants who have taken over parts of Syria and Iraq, U.S. officials said on Wednesday.
The agreement, outlined by Obama's aides on the night of his speech to the American people laying out his expanded campaign against the Islamist group, appeared to reflect the depth of Saudi concern about Islamic State's threat to the region.

"Saudi Arabia has agreed to host training camps for moderate Syrian rebels as part of President Barack Obama's broad strategy"
All three trainees were expected in Riyadh any day.
DPR Prime Minister Aleksandr Zakharchenko, I think he is the one who is now the leader, he is one of the separatists making announcements and are appearing on youtube video's posted by the separatists.
Minister of defense, his nickname is "Tsar" he is the replacement for Strelkov.
Vladimir Kononov
LPR
by committee or Prime Minister Hennadiy Mykolaiovych Tsypkalov They have had several governments. He is from the third one.
Federal State of Novorossiya
President Valery Kaurov, I don't know anything about this guy.
Speaker of the Unity Parliament Oleg Tsaryov, he is an previous member of the Ukrainian parliament, but was stripped of his immunity because he supported separatism.
The Russian Orthodox army -by committee, i think this is a purely military group under command of a leader that has not maked himself known, or is a militia group under one of the peoples republics, but i doubt that since i read that most of the people in this group are religious fanatics fighting for separatism and they will not stop. This may be wrong but its something to look into i thing, if only i had the information and had known a separatist. They also seem to have bad relations to the Vostok battalion and there are some reports of clashes between those two.
The Vostok battalion
Alexander Khodakovsky
-------
He is also the commander of a separatists insurgency named "The Patriotic Forces of Donbass". This is from Wikipedia and i cannot confirm it.
The peoples army of the south east. They are affiliated with LPR. By committee
Bezler's separatist group.
Igor Bezler, He is regarded as a loose canon and very impulsive. "Bezler" means devil in Russian and i think it is a nickname. His group is located near Horkliva (Gorklova) The group still exists but it unsure if Bezler is still leading it since there are unconfirmed reports of him fleeing to Russia, but there is still a risk that he is there and are still leading them. Also i read a story from a guy who had been a separatists, and survived the battle of Donetsk airport late in May. Its was interesting to read from his perspective, he also met a guy named "devil" in Horkliva (Gorklova) who gave him money to travel home and good wishes. I think this "devil" might be Bezler but the thing that is confusing me is that the separatist didn't mention anything about this "devil" being impulsive, etc, so it could be that the western media is trying to portrait Bezler as a madman while he perhaps may not be it. But it could just be a coincidence that the place and nickname match, here is the link to the article: http://www.rferl.org/content/ukraine-i-was-a-separatist-fighter/25455466.html I think the separatists worked with the Vostok battalion and after the fight was transferred to Bezler's group who gave him a choice to eighter continue to fight or to go home, he chose the last one.

Just reposted this and fixed all the grammar fails, my win 8 computer has a program that fixes those. I am open for new questions James:)
Good Rhaegar, hell you know more than I do!
Now do the exact same thing with the Ukrainian side to the best of your abilities. Once you've done that and we've discussed it some what, we'll start getting into some interesting things.
You english is getting better. You still need to capitalize your I's, not doing that is a dead give away on language. Rereading and correcting is an excellent thing to do, just look at how well WNU does when he's sober, he produces top notch material. I myself reread and correct almost all the time.
Azov Battalion:
Its a far right, Neo-Nazi battalion. its commanded by committee. But I think it has its own leadership. The battalion uses Nazi symbols like SS runes and Wolfsangel. Its now tasked with defending Mariupol and I am unsure of how good there moral is, since they seem tough but under some assaults they flee without discipline. The people in the battalion are trying to say that they are not Nazi's and are just Ukrainian nationalists, who know maybe they are right, but I think they are national Socialists since they use the symbols and some of the rhetoric. They have 500 Volunteers and some of them are from other countries like Sweden, Poland etc. Mostly the volunteers from other countries are far right people or neo-Nazis.
Right Sector:
Leader Dmytro Yarosh he also is the leader of Trident (Tryzub), that are funding Right Sector, they are also supported by the government. They are used on the battle field as para military, and are not so often involved in huge fights. I think they are more used as saboteurs and causing unrest in the separatist controlled areas to help the Kiev government. They are also been portrayed as Neo-Nazis by Russian media and before the conflict sometimes by the Western media. They have 10,000 members and their headquarter is in Kiev.
The Ukrainian army
Leaders Poroshenko as supreme commander and the minister of defense Valeriy Heletey. Also the minister of defense has been switched out many times since the Crimean crisis, so I don't know how long this one will last, I think Poroshenko is the one making decisions and are listening to the military and MOD (minister of defense), for strategic advice.
The Ukrainian military is in a bad state as war news has covered it, he has many good posts about the Ukrainian army's condition so I think you know the details there, also its a bit difficult to describe all the aspects of the Ukrainian army since there are so many to cover.
The Donbass battalion:
It is crated by Semen Semenchenko but are mostly under the command of the Ukrainian state. Its a army full of volunteers from Donbass, they now have 900 could be less after Ilovaisk. They are funded by Oligarchs and donations and its one of the many volunteer battalions on the Ukrainian side.
The Aidar Battalion:
Commander Serhiy Melnychuk but the battalion is mostly under the command of the Ukrainian state. They are criticized for their brutality in battle. They have some tanks from the Ukrainian army and many of the people in this battalion are former demonstrators from the Maidan unrest. It has 400 members.
Very good. Now place the above Ukrainian groups in their geographic positions, especially in relation to Kiev.
Very good on the I's.
