Ukraine PM Says Putin Trying To Destroy The Country -- The Telegraph

Ukrainian prime minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk accuses Vladimir Putin of trying to destroy Ukraine despite truce deal

Ukraine's prime minister said on Saturday Russian President Vladimir Putin aimed to destroy Ukraine as an independent country and that only Nato could defend the ex-Soviet republic from external aggression.

"We are still in a stage of war and the key aggressor is the Russian Federation ... Putin wants another frozen conflict (in eastern Ukraine)," Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk told a conference attended by European and Ukrainian lawmakers and business leaders.

His remarks came as the Ukrainian military said its forces had repelled an insurgent attack on the airport in Donetsk today despite the recent ceasefire.

I notice Yats and Poroshenko are not on the same page. Yats is constantly
beating the war drums at the same time Poroshenko says there is no military solution.
