Poroshenko is expected to visit industrial and transportation companies in Mariupol and attend celebrations of the 70th anniversary of the liberation of the Donetsk Region from Nazi forces
KIEV, September 08. /ITAR-TASS/. Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has arrived in the city of Mariupol in the south of the Donetsk Region, the presidential press service said on Monday.
Poroshenko later confirmed his arrival in his Twitter account. "I've just arrived in Mariupol. We will not give away this Ukrainian territory to anyone," he wrote.

My Comment: Looking at the above picture .... you cannot help but be impressed that Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko's security detail is making it's presence felt.

Shows a high level of "trust" in your constituents doesn't it.
I concur James, I think he dosen't trust his own people. Do any of you think his trip to Mariupol increased the peoples morale, i personaly doubt it. Also how huge is the risk for Poroshenko to get killed if he will continue to visit town under heavy threat of attack? And if he dosent get killed i think he would be taken hostage.
