There were questions as to whether the administration was reluctant to name the military action and acknowledge a new war in Iraq, but defense officials said the campaign had simply grown to an extent where a name was feasible.

Throughout the land,
Loudly proclaimed,
Was the Inherent Resolve,
In this mess,
Not to be involved
But though the Spin Machine
Did labor mightily,
Faster yet,
Did reality evolve
French yesterday. Poetry today. I look forward to tomorrow.
Hopefully I'll get over it soon, but after all what's more absurd, these people or my poetry? Speaking of French, do you remember the movie (to me one of the funniest ever) scene where John Cleese spoke Russian?
Can't remember eh! Alas I was hoping for a translation.
I presume you mean this one.

And no .... I have no clue on what he is saying.
On a more serious note. KGB firing squads never miss.
I was still hoping for

James. His Russian is beyond horrible. I could only get a few words. I will listen to it more carefully later on.
Don't worry it's Cleese, he's alot like Sid Caesar in that it sounds sorta good but means notheing.
