CNN’s Drew Griffin said that U.S. officials “really don’t have a clue” about how much money the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant is raking in daily.

“The U.S. Treasury tries to track this–they believe it’s about a million dollars a day coming in,” Griffin told CNN host Ashleigh Banfield. “But when you start asking the follow-up questions, they really don’t have a clue.”

My Comment: If U.S. intelligence has no idea on where the Islamic State earns or gets its money .... I can only assume that they also do not have a clue on anything else.
