My Comment: A few months ago I asked a friend of mine who works for a major bank in Moscow on how much money Russia was now saving by not giving any aid/economic assistance/trade benefits/etc.  to Ukraine ....  he told me about $10 billion Euros a year. When one considers the destruction that has happened in Ukraine since, coupled with the implosion of its economy, the $30 billion (plus) number that the Ukrainian foreign minister is now asking for is .... probably .... on the low end.
