Colombian Leftist Rebels Acknowledge Capture Of Army General -- Reuters
(Reuters) - Colombia's FARC rebels confirmed on Tuesday they are holding a Colombian army General Ruben Dario Alzate and two others, whose capture on Sunday led the government to suspend two-year-old peace talks taking place in Havana.

The time to hit FARC hard is now, while their financier Venezuela is hit hard by the low oil prices.
It is time to see how much Maduro can do.
Last time FARC was hit hard, Hugo Chavez put tanks on the border. See if Maduro has the guts or is desperate enough.
Maybe he will see an image of Hugo on a piece of toast or on a subway wall if the pressure gets enough.
