Should last until May 2105 or December 2015 except for mop up.
The terrorist cells that have been installed or develop after the dissolution of the the Islamic State could take much more than 4 years to wipe out.

- My caveats are how many recruits ISIS is still getting every month.
- What kind of double game the AKP of Turkey is playing
- What low oil prices will do Iran in terms of unrest & military budget.
- How much ethnic cleansing the Iraqi Shia and Iran are willing engage in.
- How much ethnic cleansing the world will tolerate. There is just so much on the plates of the world leaders. They never solve one problem except getting elected and staying in money.
- How much more dilettante can the CINC be concerning foreign policy.
