India, Pakistan Lower Flag At Wagah Border Ceremony Day After Deadly Attack -- Reuters
(Reuters) - India and Pakistan solemnly lowered their national flags at a dusk military ceremony on their main land border crossing on Monday, a day after a suicide attack killed almost 60 people on the Pakistani side.
India's home ministry had earlier said the daily flag-lowering ceremony would be suspended as a mark of respect for the dead - the first time the parade would have been called off since the two countries went to war in 1971.

WNU,
You know I love to comment on photos, especially country's military parades (white gloves, odd marching style, etc), no one though can beat these guys with the hats and the spats!
James .... you are the one who taught me that the photo sometimes contains more of the message than the message itself.
But as to the Wagah border ceremony .... that must be something to watch. Seeing it on a video is one thing .... but seeing it in person .... wow. I can understand why thousands show up each day just to see that .... and why the terrorists targeted it.
